To bake in an oven of a half a kilogram of sweet Bulgarian pepper, to clear of a thin skin and to cut. In separate utensils to mix a half of glass curdled milks and a half of a glass of pounded walnuts, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 1 table spoon of finely cut parsley. To fill in with the prepared mix the cut pepper, to add a lemon juice, good to mix it’s all.
