The diet without fat.

At the beginning of my telling, explain to impatient persons – there will not be able results at all.
But on the third week you can reduce on 5 kg. this is exactly about me. So, this diet is only for patient people, and for those, who doesn’t stop at the beginning of the way.
Every day for breakfast eat: 1 orange or grapefruit; 1 cottage cheese or yoghurt bundle, 1 dentil bread or toast; tea or coffee one sugar and milk.

Monday:
Morning: see above.
Afternoon: 1 orange or grapefruit (you may eat any other fruit you like); 1 boiled egg; 2 glasses of yogurt (kefir); 2 toasts, cottage cheese.
Evening: 2 tomatoes; 2 boiled egg; vegetable salad; 2 toasts.

Tuesday:
Afternoon: 1 orange or grapefruit (you may eat any other fruit you like); 1 boiled egg; 2 glasses of yogurt (kefir); 2 toasts, cottage cheese;
Evening: 150 gr. beef meat; 1 tomato; 1 orange or grapefruit (you may eat any other fruit you like); 1 toast; 1 glass of yogurt, cottage cheese.

Wednesday:
Afternoon: 1 orange or grapefruit (you may eat any other fruit you like); 1 boiled egg; 2 glasses of yogurt (kefir); 2 toasts, cottage cheese.
Evening: 150 gr. beef meat or roast beef (any other meat); 1 orange or grapefruit (you may eat any other fruit you like); 1 toast; 1 glass of yogurt, cottage cheese.

Thursday:
Afternoon: 150 gr. of cottage cheese; vegetable salad; 1 toast; 150 gr. fish.
Evening: 150 gr. beef meat; 2 tomatoes; 1 apple; 1 toast, cottage cheese or yogurt.

Friday:
Afternoon: 200 gr. fish you like; vegetable salad; 1 toast, cottage cheese or yogurt.
Evening: vegetable salad; 1 egg; 1 tomato, cottage cheese or yogurt.

And the main you should remember: Eat usual food on weekend. But it doesn’t mean that you should eat everything you see on you kitchen table, within reasonable limits.

Fasting days after diet:
You weight will still normal if eat every Monday next food:
On morning – drink glass of water with lemon, cottage cheese or yogurt.
Afternoon: fruits, 1 toast.
Evening: vegetable salad, 1 egg and 1 tomato.

Soory, i was very busy and couldn’t post articles. Let’s continue :)
What you need for this diet: 150-200 gr. rise or buckwheat.
What vegetables you may add to rise(buckwheat): cauliflower, haricot, bell paper, corn, peas, carrot, eggplants… Any vegetables you like and in any numbers!
Add to the rise or buckwheat: to chop into and to mix with other ingredients or seafood (sea-bobs, mussels) 1 chicken brisk.
For dissert you may eat fruit salad (fruits with yoghurt) or some other fruits for you taste.

I’m absolutely simple girl 174 cm. high and 75 kg. weight and my thoughts only about loss of weight. I can’t even imagine, why this is my main point? Maybe, because of envy, it cause us to become better. My friend outweighs me on 10 kg., but when I saw her in a few months, I was surprised… I think it was my envy, as she became thinner than me on 5 kg.!

Everybody loses weight on 10, 15 and even 30 kg. Where did they get such strength of will? Maximum, I have lost 4 kg. weight. Certainly, I didn’t tire out myself with fasting, physical activity, other way, I did it more stupidly, it seems to me, that I have been reducing only for 4 per week, and on Saturday and Sunday I have compensated these all with different candy and cakes, and that losed kilogram came back again.

I’ll try to keep you informed, I’ll write about cookie and different ways of loss of weight. I want to say, that its important and necessary to set a goal- there is nothing turn out without the aim! You also need to have faith in yourself and hope for better life.
