Here is a little summer diet, which I want to experience, and results I’ll tell you later. For course (that is for week) you can trip down near 3 kg. Plus you get vitaminization of all organism. The diet consists in:
The first day:
Vegetable. Cucumbers, cabbage, carrot, vegetable marrows – any other vegetables, except of tomatoes and potatoes.
The second day:
Fruit. Any fruits you like and tomatoes.
The third day:
Berry-day. Take into consideration, that drupes- cherry, plum, apricot- refer to fruits.
The fourth day:
Cultured milk. Kefir, ryazhenka (fermented baked milk), yoghurt.
The fifth day:
Vegetable.
The sixth day:
Berry-day or fruit.
The seventh day:
Juicy. The most difficult: you must drink only apple, grape or orange juice. And nothing more.
As you see this diet is rather complicated, however it helps you to become better.

All you need is to follow these rules:
- By day you can drink two caps of coffee or green tea;
- Ad lib fatless curds or yoghurt;
- Ad lib fruit;
- Ad lib fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and green sweet paper.
